The Pegasus Academy was created in eastern New Mexico and is currently under the direction of Sonya Morales. This academy features magical equines, including unicorns and pegasus, as bonded socius for the students. Equines come to the academy in the hopes to find their mages. The formation of this academy sparked additional ones, including non-magical riding academies for young students who do not bond with socius.
